N.E.A.T. Policies and Procedures

  Entering and Paticipating in Tournaments

The suggested method is via the tournament entry form submission on our website.  Entries will also be accepted via email, text message, or sign up sheets available at each event.  Members should enter weekend events at least a  week prior, and weekday events at least 3 days prior.  Entries received on short notice will be accepted on a space available basis.

Entry fees may be paid at the course the day of the tournament (cash or check only) or in advance by credit card via Pay Pal (additional convenience fee for credit card payments).  Entry fees are generally $20 over the green fees - approximately $11 is paid back to the participants in various prize funds.  Motor carts are not included in the entry fee except at those courses that require mandatory motor carts.

Withdrawals are allowed without financial penalty up to 48 hours prior to the first tee time. Withdrawals (and no-shows) within 48 hours will be subject to a financial penalty of $10 for a first occurance, and $20 thereafter.  Tournaments are held in all weather conditions, unless the course is deemed unplayable by the course management or the N.E.A.T. on site official.

Golf Genius portal sites:

A web-based portal site will be set up for each event.  The portal site will contain tournament information on the home page. list of registered players (about 3 days in advance of the tournament), groupings and tee time assignments (the morning before the tournament), and results following conclusion of play.  The Portal sites will be available on any internet enabled device.
